Seattle's residents are so happy to be living here that they often dance for the sheer joy of it. Here a couple burst into spontaneous dance because its two o'clock. Actually, this is an artistic sundial where the viewer, by standing on the appropriate position for the date, becomes the pointer and whose shadow tells the time. Pretty cool. (Seattle, Wa.)
