Aboard ship at last. This is below deck on Tappan Zee, the boat owned by my friends Tom and Annie and upon which I am to crew for a few days. Tappan Zee is a 34' Cutter and one of the sweetest boats I have ever sailed upon. She is a blue water cruiser, heavy and immensely seaworthy. (Bellingham, Wa.)
