Nice shot Matt. I can remember years ago (I was only a kid at the time) watching an old man working on one of these walls and explaining what he was doing as he went along. It was fascinating to listen to him and how he knew exactly what stone shape he needed next and never failed to pick the right one. What lovely skies you are getting lately. Roy.

nice perspective Matt. These stone walls remind me of the types of walls I have seen from the Civll War times in Virginia and also in Gettysburg PA

These walls stretch for miles around Priddy. When you condsider they were all built by hand it's mind boggling just how long it must have taken. I would love to have seen that old man buiding one of these.
